Domestic Type Refrigeration Trainers are manufactured keeping I mind the real set up of home refrigerator. It demonstrates the functioning and parameters affecting the performance of a domestic refrigerator.

1. It comes with hermetically sealed compressor, air-cooled condenser, capillary tube and a natural convection type evaporator.

2. The evaporator is attached to a small heater to simulate different load conditions

3. With different measurements provided, power consumption, COP, theoretical and actual refrigerating effects, refrigerant flow rate and effect of door opening on power consumption can be studied.
